With the motive to make the working system transparent & quick, 39 courts of Deputy Director Consolidation & 55 of Settlement Officer Consolidation i.e., total 94 courts are linked with Consolidation Court Computerized Management System. Remaining 28 courts of Settlement Officer Consolidation and 235 of Consolidation Officer i.e., total 263 Consolidation Courts are proposed to be linked with Computerized Management System.
It is the priority of current government to complete the Consolidation Process of villages pending in Consolidation process from more than 05 years. Accordingly, by March 2018 consolidation process of 234 villages is to be completed & then to be promulgated under Section-52 of Uttar Pradesh Jot Consolidation Act.
By December 2018 Consolidation Process of pending 277 villages are to be completed which are pending for more than 05 years & then to be promulgated under Section-52 of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation Act.
By December 2019 Consolidation Process of pending 671 villages is to be completed which are pending for more than 05 years & then to be promulgated under Section-52 of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation Act.
It is the priority of Government to settle all cases pending from more than 05 years under Consolidation Process. Settlement of 9461 pending cases in Consolidation Courts from 01.04.2017 to December 2017 has been done.
By compiling Prasangik Prastar of important Sections, Rules and Jot Consolidation Manual, Handbook is launched in I.A.S. Week organised in last week of December for the use of Consolidation Employees and the detail of same has been distributed to consolidation employees of state.
